Send in your inquiry form, and I'll reach out to you at my soonest possible moment! We'll schedule a consultation and go from there.

The first consultation is free an non-binding. - this is where you share your idea, time frame, and size requirements. From here, we can agree on the terms of the commission.

You pay the down payment invoice so I may start the first portion of work. This allows me to give my all in the first stages of creation.

You send images for me to work from (or I travel to the site and take my own images)

Throughout the process, I share process images at each stage — from the initial pencil sketch to works in progress and the final illustration — allowing for feedback, edits, and approval before the artwork is professionally photographed for the highest-quality reproduction.

The final invoice is paid before the delivery of digital files and the shipment or handoff of the original illustration hard copy

The project is finished, and the illustration (and moment) lives out its life in the big, beautiful world!
